HHRMA JAKARTA HOTEL JOB - The Residences at Puri Casablanca, the luxurious serviced apartment located at the strategic business district of Jakarta (to know more about us, please visit our website: www.puricasablanca.com), is currently seeking for a highly motivated candidate to fill the postion of:
1. Duty Manager
• Male / Female, Age 27 – 35 years old
• Minimun Diploma D III Tourism & Hotel Academy, preferably in Hotel Management
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• Possess leadership and coaching skills.
• At least 1 year working experience as Tenant Relation Supervisor or similar position.
2. Tenant Relation Officer & Resident Relation Officer
• Male / Female, Single, Age 23 – 30 years old
• Minimum Diploma D III Tourism & Hotel Academy, preferably in Hotel Management
• Proficient in English both oral and written; preferably understanding and able to speak Japanese / Mandarin
• At least 1 year working experience as guest relation officer / customer service / tenant relation officer; fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
3. Sales Manager
• Male / Female, Age 25 – 40 years old
• Bachelor (S1) Degree in any discipline from reputable university
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• Proven strong negotiation and presentation skills, result oriented, possess leadership skills.
• At least 2 years working experience in similar position at serviced apartment or hospitality industry (Hotel)
4. Purchasing Staff
• Male / Female, Age 23 – 30 years old
• Minimum Diploma III in any discipline from reputable university
• Good communication, interpersonal relationship and negotiation skills
• Have wide networking and good relationship with vendors / suppliers
• At least 1 year working experience in similar position or related field
5. Human Resources Officer
• Male / Female, Age 27 – 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor degree majoring Psychology / Management / Law / Social science from reputable university
• Proven skills and knowledges of Human Resources / Personnel Administration day-to-day operation (attendance report, overtime, shifting, medical insurance, Jamsostek, etc)
• Willing to learn, detail oriented, organized and tough
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills, has strong personality
• At least 2 years working experience in human resources / personnel field.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
1. Self-motivated, energetic, pleasant personality, good manner, honest, discipline, fair, positive thinking and sociable.
2. Good command in English
3. Computer literate is a must
4. Service excellent & customer oriented
5. Able to work independent as well as a team-work, and able to work under pressure.
